New Global Mindset
Our world is undergoing radical, disruptive changes at an accelerating speed, we collectively are facing more threats and challenges all at once than perhaps ever before. In order to navigate an increasingly complex and volatile environment, at the same time create a sustainable future that is truly hopeful and joyful, we need a new perspective, a new way of thinking, a new mindset that aims to create resilience and a new culture for our globe, as the old way of thinking is not working and hasn´t been doing so for many years.
New Global Mindset is an international think-tank with an interdisciplinary team of experts who aim to transform collective thinking and bring empowerment to glocal communities through co-creation and collaborative learning. By establishing a meaningful dialogue that is completely open to new ideas and innovative solutions, together we can build a culture that fosters diversity & inclusion, respectful partnerships, kindness and compassion, and a holistic way of living and working where our hearts and minds are connected in finding new ways to create a better world for us all.

New Global Mindset is a project in partnership with ABWF (established 1988) Arbeitsgemeinschaft Betriebliche Weiterbildungsforschung e.V. , which is an interdisciplinary association of scientists. The purpose of the association is to maintain and intensify research in the area of competence development and operational learning. In particular, this includes questions of in-company training, personnel, and organizational development and learning in the process of work.

“Nevertheless, topology remains the basic mathematical discipline for the presentation of dynamics in the whole field of psychology, and I am more and more convinced that it will become, beyond this, a solid framework for a dynamic sociology.”
